Crash recovery has completed and all sites are back to operational status. To prevent this from happening again, we have accelerated our existing plans to add more server capacity over the next couple of days and will be monitoring the situation closely. Identified -
We've identified the source of the outage. While provisioning a new site a system lock forced a restart on one of our databases. Which then triggered a timely crash recovery process. Unfortunately we expect the ETA for this process to be another 2-3 hours. We will keep you updated as the situation progresses.
